We will continuously invest in eco-friendly solar recycling technologies as well as recycling facilities throughout the United States to lower the carbon footprint of panels shipping from solar sites to our recycling facilities.  We also strive to ensure our generated commodities from our recycling processes have sustainable demand by diversity in supply chain uses.

BRETT HENDERSON

With a lifelong commitment to recycling, Brett has over fifteen years of experience in the recycling industry and is a co-founder of solarpanelrecycling.com.  As Vice President of PowerHouse Recycling Inc., Brett has advocated for a circular economy all while creating eco-friendly and efficient recycling programs for Fortune 100 companies, government agencies, universities, manufacturers and more.  He served as an elected board member of the Carolina Recycling Association, serves on state department of environmental quality advisory councils, and commonly speaks at trade shows in both the solar, ITAD, and electronics recycling industries.  He earned his Bachelors from The Ohio State University’s, Fisher College of Business and his MBA from Monte Ahuja College of Business at Cleveland State University.

BRIAN BEINARAUSKAS

Brian is a veteran of the United States Army and brings 25 year’s extensive experience in all aspects of our industry. Professional, and courteous in his business dealings and highly committed to customer satisfaction, Brian is committed to delivering high level customer service to clients, and driving exceptional regulatory performance throughout our organization. Brian has successfully developed and implemented Quality, Environmental, Health and Safety Management Systems certified to the ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and OSHAS 18001, R2 and e-Stewards standards and managed facilities and business units at some of the largest e-waste companies in the country.

STEVEN TURK

An experienced finance executive with extensive experience in public accounting, Steve brings a wealth of expertise to SolarPanelRecycling.com as its CFO. Prior to his tenure in the recycling industry, he spent 12 years at PwC’s Private Company Services where he assisted companies across various industries on a wide range of complex issues. Steve holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from The Ohio State University and is a Certified Public Accountant with a track record of optimizing financial processes and enhancing compliance standards. Steve has a strong commitment to driving sustainable growth and creating long-term value in the recycling industry, contributing to a greener and more economically viable future.

GARRETT POWELL

Garrett brings nearly a decade of experience in the recycling industry with an emphasis on client management and program development. Garrett’s journey in the recycling industry has been marked by exceptional leadership, operational expertise, and sales acumen. His commitment to industry advancement has led to collaborations across both the public and private sectors to optimize recycling programs, reducing costs while enhancing efficiency. Serving as the Director of Sourcing and Client Services, Garrett plays a pivotal role in sales, marketing, and client solutions, always with an unwavering focus on driving client success through sustainable solutions. Garrett remains deeply committed to promoting recycling, actively serving on the board of the Carolina Recycling Association.
